Article 1 (Name)

The name of this association shall be “Makiko no Kai” (hereinafter referred to as “this association”).

Article 2 (Purpose)

The purpose is to support Makiko Sakurai with everyone. All members are deemed to have agreed to this agreement.

Article 3 (Members)

You will become a member after you have approved these Terms, completed the enrollment procedure, and confirmed receipt of the membership fee. However, at the discretion of the Association, there may be cases where membership is not permitted.

1. Members must meet all of the following conditions.

   1. There shall be no false statements regarding all items of the registration information that the member declares at the time of joining.

   2. Do not use membership status or rights for purposes other than personal enjoyment.

2. In the event of any change in address, telephone number, or other registered information, the member shall promptly carry out the prescribed change procedure. The Association shall not be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of e-mail newsletters or sent items due to the failure of the member to notify the member of the preceding paragraph.

3. Members are entitled to member benefits. Details of member benefits are described in Article 6.

4. Members who joined prior to the enactment of these Terms may withdraw from membership if they object to the content of these Terms.

5. The membership period shall be one year from the 1st day of the month that includes the date on which the Association approves membership.
   Example) In the case of admission approval on February 20, 2022, the validity period is from February 1, 2022 to January 31, 2022.

6. If you wish to continue your membership, please pay the annual membership fee by the expiration date.

Article 4 (Annual membership fee)

Member A annual membership fee  5,000 yen
B member annual membership fee 10,000 yen
C member donation from 5,000 yen per unit (AB members can also make additional donations for multiple units)
* A transfer fee will be charged for payment. Please note that the handling fee will be borne by the members themselves.

Article 5 (Continuation)

Your membership will continue upon payment of the next annual membership fee.

Article 6 (Member Benefits)

• For those who have renewed (continued), a renewal privilege gift

• Priority ticket booking

• Invitation to one sponsored performance of your choice

Article 7 (Member Obligations)

1. If there is any change in the content submitted in the membership application, the member shall apply to the Association. The Association shall not be held responsible for any non-delivery of notices from the Association that may occur due to the member's failure to notify in the preceding paragraph.

2. Regarding seats for performances and events, we may not be able to meet your request. Please note that we cannot accept complaints about seats, etc.

Article 8 (Additions and Changes to the Terms)

Additions and changes to these terms and conditions shall be made by the Association, and members shall be notified of such additions and changes each time.

Article 9 (Withdrawal)

1. From one month to one month after the expiration of the membership contract period, we will send you a renewal notice from the Society. As long as the member does not renew the contract, the member will be deemed to have withdrawn from the membership.

2. If a member commits an act contrary to the membership agreement, or to the association. If the association determines that it will cause significant damage to the member, the member's qualification can be suspended or revoked.

3. Membership fees will not be refunded for any reason if the member withdraws from the membership.

Article 10 (Personal Information)

The Association shall not use the member's personal information for purposes other than providing services, and shall not disclose or provide it to third parties.

Article 11 (Suspension of Service)

Temporary service provision may be interrupted due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, fires, power outages, and changes in social conditions. In that case, we will try to restore it as soon as possible, but we will not be responsible for any damage caused by it.

Article 12 (Dissolution of the Association)

The association will be dissolved in the event of Makiko Sakurai's activities and circumstances that make it difficult for the association to continue its activities. However, in this case, the association will contact the member and refund the membership fee according to the membership period after the month following the month of dissolution.
